I’m Rick, originally from Burnley in Lancashire. I left the UK twenty years ago and these days I live in Cyprus. I’m sixty-something.

The band

I play in a band out here called Too Hot For Red. I’ve just rejoined after a five year break, this time on bass rather than lead guitar.

What this site is

Everything you’ll see on here is a hobby. I don’t consider myself an expert in any way, shape or form.

If you decide to try anything you’ve seen here and it goes wrong, then that’s your problem. This is a how I do it blog, not a how it’s done blog.
